Once again i had my bags packed to return to Sri Lanka! Our training took 3 full days and covered Customer Service, Dealing with difficult situations, Body Language and Quality. I had a fantastic group of guides that i worked with, all of them equally enthusiastic and keen to learn. Sri Lanka is one of those destinations that you have to visit. The people are so keen to show their piece of paradise to you.
