Classroom and Face to Face Interaction Courses
By completing your registration for a course and making payment of full or your first installment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time based on the following terms:
1.1 Any Classroom or face to face interaction courses cancelled after registration and payment need to be made 5 working days before the course commences. An admin fee of 25% of the course price will be charged and this will not be refunded. The remaining balance will be returned to you via eft into your bank account.
1.2 You are not eligible for any refund if you cancel less than 5 working days before the course starting date.
Distance Learning or Correspondence Courses
Upon registration for a course via distance learning or correspondence, you have the right to cancel your registration prior to payment. Once payment or part payment has been made and the course material has been sent to you, no refunds, transfer or cancellation is available. Once the course material has been sent, you have redeemed it and thus no refund will be considered.
